Due to the handmade nature of our wax charm add-ons, all wax charm purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on these items.

However, if your wax charms arrive damaged, we’re happy to offer a replacement under the following conditions:

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Photo proof of damage is required

Replacement is offered only for items damaged during transit

Requests submitted after 48 hours or without proof of damage cannot be accommodated.
All orders are shipped via USPS.

Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Processing time does not include transit time. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping timelines may vary based on order volume, holidays, or USPS delays, which are outside of our control.

At this time, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages once they are in the care of USPS.

All in-store pickup orders require processing time. Same-day pickup is not available. Orders will be ready for pickup at least 3 business days after the day your order is placed online.
